It would be great to interact with clients and
especially the teens who could make suggestions for purchase or feedback on material and services that we already have.We could promote upcoming events and clients could book online.For example National Simultaneous storytime. Parents could also provide feedback on our services.
Now that the course is completed it will be interesting to incorporate some of the many things learned.

You're right, there are certainly applications for social networking for particular client groups and specific services.
